In My Mailbox #7

Hosted by The Story Siren. In My Mailbox is a meme where bloggers can share with you what they received in their mailbox/from library/bought/etc.

Here's my mailbox for this week:

Received for the Young Reviewers:

Mubu and Mu-mu: The Little Animal Doctor by Peter Alexander

This was received early on in the week , and has already been requested to be read twice by our youngest reviewer, so a review is now pending :)

The illustrations in this are fantastic, and the storyline is both very educational and touching.

Blue Ocean Bob Discovers his Purpose by Brooks Olbrys

This one just squeezed into IMM after arriving on Saturday....it's already been read twice with the youngest reviewer, who is enjoying it.

Review pending.

Books received:

Nightshade by Andrea Cremer

I love the cover on this! (I love purples anyway!)
My thanks to Atom for this.

Really looking forward to reading Nightshade.

Elixir by Hilary Duff
I love the colour on this cover.  I do love certain colours, and this one just hits the buttons for me...although the cover doesn't tell you much about the book at all.
This one's a library one.

The Forest of Adventures - by Katie M John

Many thanks to Katie for this, a signed copy with a very arty bookplate and personal message on the reverse, thank you!  The cover is really magical, and the picture doesn't do it justice. I enjoyed reading this in ebook format for review. (My review is here)

Twisted Webs by Darlene Quinn

Whilst I haven't read the first of the series, this looks to be a good read, and a standalone one.

I've also received a series of Medikidz comics for children, which we're reviewing on a weekly basis, hopefully starting next week.  These have been received as ebooks, (they are sold in comic format though) which I'm looking forward to sharing them with you.

What's in your mailbox this week?
