Sarah, which actors would you cast in a film or TV version
of Breathe?
I think David Morrissey would make a fantastic Pod
Minister and Lisa Bonet could be Petra. Apart from that, I’m not too sure, but I
definitely wouldn’t want Alina, Bea, or Quinn to be Hollywood perfect because they aren’t—who is? It’s also
important that any actor playing the role could do a British accent. The novel
is set near London, and I would want it to feel convincing.
