Here's my mailbox for the week, which was extremely quiet....I'm seriously not envying royal mail once things get back to normal!!!
Books received:
Ice King by Geoff Woodland
I won this in a giveaway. I had seen it on Smashwords and Amazon and thought the cover looked fantastic. It looks even better in the flesh - very haunting, and I like the font and colour used for it.
I'm looking forward to reading this one; it's set in 1804 in Liverpool and tells of the slave trade there.
That's it folks!! Very short and sweet....I'm on a downer about royal mail, as some of our post went missing in November, even before the Christmas rush. Nevermind, there should be fun ahead :)
What was in your mail box? NB -to the member who keeps leaving their whole IMM post, please don't! I don't mind you linking to it, but if you put the whole post in it gets deleted and treated like spam).

What is wrong with Royal Mail? Is there a stike? I have been waiting on a order from the UK for over a month now, maybe that is the reason :)
Here is what I got in my mailbox:

At least the one book you have got sounds like a very good one. I've not had any problems with Royal Mail myself but we've not had much snow where I am.
I think there's been a bit of a domino effect for Royal Mail. The bad snow/weather slowed things down before Christmas, and then the Christmas rush seemed backlogged because of it. Certainly for us we've not had our regular post and have items not received yet. As Sam said, not everywhere is effected.
