Eritrean cuisine by Eden (delicious Norwich cuisine)

I'd like to introduce you to Eden, a Norwich based Eritrean and Ethiopian cuisine company.  I was fortunate to be attending a meeting where Eden brought in some of her cuisine for us to try, and am excited to share my experiences with you all.

If like me, you haven't had this cuisine before...I urge you to go for it.  The food is yummy - I can confidently say there wasn't much left after we'd delved in for firsts...seconds...and maybe a bit more.  The meat I had melted in my mouth and had an addictive sauce on it - with a hint of spice which wasn't too hot. The lentil and chick pea sides weren't bland which I found really refreshing.  As an accompaniment there was a flat bread (slightly puffier than a pancake which melted in your mouth and was heavenly) this made the whole feast become finger food and much more sociable and fun than boring sandwiches!

In summary - if you're a fellow Norwich resident or business person looking for something moreish to eat, you must try this!!  I know I look forward to the next time I'll be having more cuisine from Eden, it's really mouthwatering food and so different (and dare I say it - a lot healthier!! - than most of the cuisine I have). It's something I could eat all the time and enjoy, but I really can't cook like Eden!

If you'd like to contact Eden, who is available for food demonstrations and catering, email me at bookwormreviewed@gmail.com and I'll pass your enquiry on.

Credit to Innovations Photography and to Eden for the wonderful cuisine.
