Strange Angels by Lili St Crow

Title:  Strange Angels
Author:  Lili St Crow
Publisher: Quercus
Published: Sept 2009
ISBN: 978 085738 2535

Rating: 5/5 with merits

Dru has been helping her dad hunt things down all her life, but shes never done it alone – until her father turns up as a Zombie and she realises she’s alone in the world and she doesn’t know where to turn.

Graves has a lot in common with Dru once they get to know each other – I liked the way their friendship developed and how Graves copes with everything that is new to him.

Strange Angels is full of action, secrets and is fast paced.  I’ll be keeping an eye out for this author, who has jumped onto my ‘must read’ list.  I will be reading more of this series I thoroughly enjoyed this and read it in one sitting really quickly.

Book synopsis:
Dru Anderson has what her grandmother called "the touch." (Comes in handy when you're traveling from town to town with your dad, hunting ghosts, suckers, wulfen, and the occasional zombie.)
Then her dad turns up dead—but still walking—and Dru knows she's next. Even worse, she's got two guys hungry for her affections, and they're not about to let the fiercely independent Dru go it alone. Will Dru discover just how special she really is before coming face-to-fang with whoever—or whatever— is hunting her?

Source – received in a secret santa swap, with thanks.
